- Yes. We only use public auction listings and public records, the same pages any bidder can view. No logins, no paywalls, no private data.
- Where does the data come from?
- Public online auction listings (StorageTreasures, PublicSurplus). UnitRadar is not affiliated with StorageTreasures.com, StorageAuctions.net, or any facility.
- How fast are the alerts?
- The watcher runs every 10 to 15 minutes. When a matching auction goes public you get one batched email that cycle, with the closing time and bid.
- Do you store tenant information?
- Never. We keep facility, city, unit size, current bid, contents description and the public auction link. Tenant names are dropped at the door.
- Can I cancel?
- Anytime, one click, from any email or your account page.
